Graduates of Purpose Build leave with the tools and a framework of self-understanding they can use to pave their future work. They will also meet with our Investment Committee to explore whether their outcomes align with our mission and vision, which may lead to a co-build. We invest up to S$100K in pre-seed funding to launch your first business with Reapra.
You'll own 60%, we'll hold 40%.
It's how we build: one business, bootstrapped around a social problem, compounding over time instead of raising round after round. The focus is self-sustaining profitability, reached fast.
A long-term partner's share, not an investor's.
The 40% isn't the price of capital. It's a long-term partner who never leaves.
And it holds. On the funding treadmill a founder's majority gets whittled away round after round. Here there are no rounds, the business funds itself, and 60/40 stays the shape of the partnership with you in charge.

Reapra was founded in 2014 by Shuhei Morofuji, after he stepped back from SMS, one of Asia's largest healthcare information platforms, to spend his next chapter replicating his success in Asia Pacific with a mindset towards longer-term timeframes and complex systems, not pain points and sexy products.
Reapra is active across six markets and growing in Asia Pacific, with new markets in early stages. The work is the same everywhere: back the founder first, build the industry around them, and stay for the generation it takes to matter.
Reapra funds a three-year research fellowship with the Wellbeing Research Centre at the University of Oxford, studying long-term wellbeing and sustainability. Believed to be the first of its kind.
